At Berenne, we want you to love your bridal wear and accessories. However, please note the following regarding returns and refunds:
All custom-designed bridal gowns and accessories are final sale. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders once the design process has started. This includes made-to-order gowns, custom fittings, and personalized pieces.
If you purchase a ready-made item or a product from our collection (not custom-made), we will consider refunds on an individual basis. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us at info.berennebridal@gmail.com within 7-14 days from receiving your item. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a refund or store credit.
Please note:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll guide you through the return process and will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
Due to the custom nature of most of our items, exchanges are not available. However, we will do our best to accommodate requests for size or style changes within a reasonable timeframe, depending on availability.
